Connie Colfox sells performance horses, home-bred from her carefully selected broodmares. They are for sale from birth, or even in advance, or you can wait until they have been started as four year olds and are ready to ride. She also occasionally sells horses which she has trained on behalf of the owners. Either way, she knows the horse well and can advise on its suitability for the job at hand.

Deconometrie was a very successful event horse a massing 60pts being ridden by a teenager. She was 5th in a CCI * and 4th at Marbach ** as well completing Obsberton and punchestown **. She was 2nd in the intermediate at stockland Lovell and 5th in the advanced class at Rolleston. She has a to die for temperment and is a joy to look after.
This colt is a real character and in the first week of his life would jump the cross poles in the school which when we were walking through the school to turn them out. (totally unencouraged by us). He has an amazing out look and is very bold in the field with the other youngstock. He has great movement and a very balanced canter.

Wild Thyme is by Kharon and out of Flyte who is by Carlitin. Flyte is a full brother to a grade A showjumper. Flytes Sister Prune produced Upton LB who with Mennel Watson was choosen to go to the Atlanta Olympics but unfortunately bruised his foot so couldn't attend. Wild Thyme started a successful career BE eventing which was cut short due to a divorce. She is a quailty mare who was always keen to work and a forward going but sensible ride.
This colt has the floating paces of his father he shows boldness and would suit anyone wanting to have a quality horse to go on to do Dressage, Eventing or Show Jumping.

Last May is a lovely mare which I bred to keep to bred from. She is beautifully bred being one of the first foals in this country by Last News TB who is a Grade A showjumper and is line bred to the world famous Gem Twist. She is out of Maybee Baybee who had a very successful early competition career being placed in most of her Novice BE starts and qualifing for the Blue Chip 1.20m show jumping final before an accident ended her competition career. Maybee Baybee is by the very successful event sire May Hill. Last May was ridden as a 3 year old proving to be everything I'd hoped for, a very easy ride with a big engine, fantastic cante,r floating trot and bold clean jump. Her first foal by Mill Law was sold to a proffesional event rider.
This big colt foal has a great temperment and is bold. He has big paces and looks like he will grow in to a seriously scopey horse. I am hoping he will go Eventing or Show Jumping He will be ready to ween in Nov.

She has an easy temperment but still has the quality and scope to be a competitive horse even at affiliated competition. She has a scopey stride and her future could be in Dressage show jumping, eventing working hunter or huntuing. She has been well handled and is good with the farrier, to load and catch. There are good viewing facilities and can be lunged or seen loose.
